The place looked nice and had a full bar, so it started off with a good first impression. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill as soon as we said we weren't interested in the all-you-can-eat option. It felt like no one came back to our table after that. When our waters were dropped off, I asked for a Mai Tai. The person may have just been a food runner and not our server, but he should have either told us that or found someone who could help. After waiting about 15 minutes with no drink and no one checking on us, we had to flag someone else down. We found out my order had never been entered, and once it finally was, it still took another 10 minutes to make. The Mai Tai itself was strong, but it was overly sweet and seemed to be lacking the pineapple juice that gives it a more balanced tropical flavor. We were then told they don't have assigned servers and that anyone can wait on any table. In reality, that system wasn't efficient at all and resulted in poor service from start to finish. Family lunch on a weekday and selected the Solver package. Very good selection of high quality rolls and appetizers. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service and nice ambiance. Our price was $25.99 per head.(weekday price) We ordered every appetizer and roll in our silver package and it was very well made and tasted great. All the seafood was fresh and portions were apt. Hibachi and ramen options are solid but we didn’t try all of those. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced wholesome experience.

In town for business and pleasure. Stopped in at Kumo because it is close to my hotel. Although they have all you can eat options, I chose al a carte. The staff is super friendly especially Annie (bartender)! The service and atmosphere are both very welcoming.The food is so fresh! I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time at KUMO and it was great. For the price of 36$ per person you can choose from such a large variety of different foods. We ordered everything on an I pad and it was brought out super quick. We came at 9 pm on a Friday night and there was no wait which was amazing. Our server Cindy was great and so attentive! Everything tasted good except the volcano roll which came in a bowl it was not my favorite at all. Taste was not great. Besides from that I was happy I got to try a lot of different flavors. Get the green tea mochi icecream!

Kumo Sushi absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was sleek, modern, and welcoming—perfect for a date night or just treating yourself. The food was not only beautifully presented but incredibly fresh and flavorful. Every roll was crafted to perfection, and the sashimi literally melted in my mouth. You can tell they take pride in both quality and presentation. The drinks were just as impressive—my cocktail was perfectly balanced and a great complement to the meal. Service was top-tier as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out quickly and just right without ever feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing sushi, great vibes, and standout service, Kumo Sushi is definitely a must-visit. I’ll absolutely be back!
